Once you have downloaded and launched the Workspace application from the download page the Workspace will automatically load required files from the web server. Depending on your connection speed this may take several minutes. A download progress bar is displayed on the Workspace panel.
There are a number of options that you can customise to suit your working envirenment. In the Apps tab of the Preferences panel you and select your preferred email web browser applications as well as any other software tools you use regularly (such as a word processor, spreadsheet, etc).
The Links tab of the Preferences panel is normally pre-configured by your Course Coordinator so you will not usually alter these settings. You can update the course configuration (which includes all entries in the Links tab as well as curriculum information) by clicking the Update button in the Update Tab. This requires an active internet connection. Normally you should not initiate an update unless you are instructed to do so by your Course Coordinatior.
You can access the training content by navigating to tasks in the 3D view of the Library or by clicking the "Course" button in the Workspace.
